2. User Conduct
Users agree not to:

Unless otherwise required by law, ALL SALES OF DIGITAL PRODUCTS, MEMBERSHIPS, RECORDINGS, WEBINARS, DOWNLOADABLE MATERIALS, AND ONLINE COURSES ARE FINAL.
No refunds, exchanges, or credits shall be provided.
Independent coaches, instructors, and content creators are solely responsible for their own products, services, support, and refund policies.
Users must contact the applicable creator directly regarding support or refund requests.
LA Open Table Tennis acts solely as a platform provider and assumes no responsibility for disputes involving independent creators.
5. Assumption of Risk and Release
Participation in tournaments, clinics, camps, practices, and related activities involves inherent risks, including bodily injury, illness, disability, property damage, and death.
Participants voluntarily assume all such risks and release LA Open Table Tennis, its directors, officers, employees, volunteers, sponsors, contractors, virtual assistants, affiliates, and agents from any liability to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Participants further waive rights under California Civil Code Section 1542.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
All services and products are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
No guarantee of results, earnings, rankings, athletic performance, or success is made.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, LA Open Table Tennis shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of the website, products, services, or events.
8. Indemnification
